The Institute of Cultural Industries and Arts of the Region of Murcia (ICA) offers specific grants each year to attract film productions to the region. These are not general grants; they are designed to encourage production companies from outside Murcia to bring their projects to the region and make real investments in the local industry.

The ICA is offering grants of up to €150,000 per project on a non-competitive basis to production companies not based in Murcia that film feature films or series in the region. A maximum of two projects will be funded per call for proposals.
Productions with a total budget exceeding €2,000,000 can access grants of up to €300,000 to incentivize filming in Murcia. This is one of the most competitive funding opportunities in southeastern Spain.
Up to €1,000,000 per project for film shoots that generate a significant impact on the audiovisual industry in the Region of Murcia. A maximum of three projects are funded at the fixed amount per call for proposals.
